AS OF TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2020, Rosemount is re-opening its doors to provide limited onsite early childhood education services along with virtual learning for some families.  Rosemount will follow a phased approach to onsite re-opening and has adopted enhanced health and safety procedures during the current pandemic.  

Katherine Leshchiner, Director of Annual Giving, writes foundation grant proposals and reports, produces Annual Fund appeals, assists with communications, and coordinates all volunteers in the Center. She first came to Rosemount as a bilingual receptionist. Prior to that, Ms. Bittner Leshchiner lived in Guatemala for several years where she worked with a women’s development organization and taught at an international school. Previously she worked as a grant writer and communications assistant at the National Law Center on Homelessness and Poverty. She graduated with a BA in International Studies from the University of Richmond, and is fluent in Spanish. She also earned a Certificate of Excellence in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Michigan State University and the Society for Nonprofit Organizations.
